Ongoing planned preventative maintenance contract for a 120-door residential block. Quarterly inspections, hardware adjustments, seal replacements, and written condition reports provided to the managing agent after each visit.
Supply and installation of 44 fire doorsets as part of a wider school refurbishment project. Works were phased to minimise disruption during term time, with all installations completed to BS 8214 and fully certified on completion.
